Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping is done primarily through United States Postal Services (USPS), most items are shipped priority mail unless otherwise stated. Orders once received take between 5-7 business days to be processed and then shipped. If you order a bag or an all over hoodie, these orders do take 1-2 weeks to be processed. Every order is checked for quality and assurance, then shipped to the client.

If a customer opts for pickup, a pickup location will be noted on the invoice with a date and time, all orders will need to be picked up before 7pm est.

If a customer opts for a delivery a $5 charge will be given between 1-5 miles radius and will go up more after a 5-mile radius. 

 

If your order needs to be overnighted or received within 1-3 days a rush order fee of $25 will be placed on the invoice, and the price of the shipping cost as well. These orders will be shipped via UPS to guarantee delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

All customization orders cannot be return or exchange due to the fact that it is customization and created for you and you alone. A mockup is sent with every invoice, and payment for that invoice constitutes an agreement between the two parties.

Returns and exchanges on other orders are not available at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the safety of others.
